Copenhagen · Est. 2019

Cooked over live fire and nothing else.

Twenty-four seats around an open hearth. One set menu, five courses, changed whenever the coast decides it should be.

Checking the room…
The room

One fire, two cooks, and whatever the boats brought in.

There is no gas line in this building. Everything that reaches your table has spent time over oak, beech or birch — sometimes for four minutes, sometimes for nine hours.

We seat twenty-four people a night across two sittings. The menu is written each morning after the market, printed at four, and served at six. If something ran out, it ran out.
